"Dabi" Touya Todoroki
Touya was born to one of the top heroes, Endeavor, for the specific purpose of molding him into his image to some day beat the number one hero, All Might. Despite the physical and mental abuse he endured, he was very eager to please his father and become the strongest hero ever, just as he wanted.
Until the doctors confirmed that Touya's fire quirk was incomparable to his body - he was born with cold resistance instead. That's why no matter how much he practiced, using his fire always burned him. His father discarded him, and tried to breed himself a new little hero to beat All Might with one day.
Touya did not take this well, and in his drive to regain his father's approval he nearly killed himself in his own fire. After his recovery - feeling like he was abandoned and left for dead - Touya called himself "Dabi" and rejected his previous hero-worship for his abuser to hate both his father and the entire system which shielded him. Now he only wanted one thing - to make his father suffer and despair, and finally see how powerful Dabi was by doing so.
This version of Dabi, however, is frustrated. All for One is fucking nuts and is using him, and he's no closer to taking down Endeavor. On top of that, through his research to put together his epic Call Out Post for Endeavor - he's suspecting that his baby brother isn't a copy of Endeavor, but a copy of him. This version of Dabi feels a quiver of empathy.
And fear. What if he's actually turning into his father? Fuck this. He's - going to figure out how to kill Endeavor on his own. He doesn't need All for One.
The League can manage without him. Just. It's fine. It's all fine. Fuck this.
physical attributes Dabi's Familiar form is a white snow-lynx, who is as badly burnt as Dabi is as a human. In his humanoid form, two white cat ears stick out of his hair - one fluffy and white, the other badly scarred from burning. Under his hair, they'll look stapled onto his head.
non-physical qualities like a lynx, Dabi is already good at sneaking around silently and observing when it suits him. He'll take to using this form to quietly lurk around when he doesn't want to attract attention.
reasoning If Dabi was all for the ideals to take down corrupt heroes and show the rot in their society - he'd be a shoe-in for a Myth. And it's not as if he doesn't believe that's true. But that's not where his energies, his passions lie. In the end, he just wants to make Endeavor suffer - and for him to be finally seen by his father for what he is. Dabi will admit that's as shallow as shit. But he's almost dead, whatever happens to the world generally doesn't matter, right?
Except maybe it does. Despite how often he's been burned (ha) and should just ignore the rest of the stupid League, he spends too much of his time babysitting them to seem honest about his apathy. He kills too many try-hards who don't actually believe in Stain's ideals to be apathetic towards the League's supposed vision, either. And this version of Dabi is beginning to recognize enough shreads of empathy left inside of him to realize that maybe he doesn't just want the entire world to burn for existing.
He's not willing to commit in any one direction, except for his own goals. And his own goals are entirely focused on the fact he's been abused and neglected by a person - a whole society - that should've protected him as a child instead. Dabi is very much a neglected Familiar, a kicked-down support character, who has shown his fangs and claws after being pushed too far over the edge.

Alternate Universe
All for One is crazy. Even canon Dabi acknowledges this. But, who cares - he's going to die anyway, right? So long as he can make Endeavor suffer in the process. Skills
- Tactical Training: once upon a time, Touya was trained to be the very best, like no one ever was. Despite his slim build and weaker constitution, he's very good at using everything he physically has in combat and figuring out what the best tactics are for him to use against his opponents.
- Only Sane Man: since he wasn't as crazy as the rest of the League, while he wasn't ever technically in charge - he ended up being the defacto wrangler of random members and Nomu as the only adult in the room.
- Callout Post Author: he's very intelligent and he's had a lot of time on his hands, he is able to do a lot of research and digging to find out things like a top-secret real name of a top hero, to the dirty laundry his dad tried to hide.
- Stay On Target: as single-minded and vengeful as Dabi is, he's also very patient ... he's been waiting for a long time to take Endeavor down, he feels. Dabi leaving the League hasn't changed this, he'll claim, he's just shifting tactics.
- Street Smarts: instead of being to an actual school, Touya was taught at home by his father and then learned the rest of his life lessons on the streets. Dabi's very clever despite this, outplaying other chessmaster characters and demonstrating his intelligence through the guerilla tactics he uses with the League.
- Nerve Damage: with all of the burns, Dabi now has a difficulty feeling pain - which does have its advantages (as it has its disadvantages). Combined with his stubbornness, he can push on despite damage he takes.
- Raw Willpower: as stubborn as his father and his brother, Dabi will push past any pain he does feel, any difficulty, any weakness to achieve his goals. This willpower also made him unsuitable to All for One as a puppet to manipulate, though the villain left him alive all the same. After he nearly died, the doctor noted that it was his burning hatred which kept him alive - I would also argue it was his regrets.
- Eideic Memory: the manga and anime show Dabi memorize and copying other moves that he sees Endeavor and Shoto perform, despite having none of the same training or time spent mastering those moves. While one could argue he might've practiced Endeavor's skills for years, this is most clearly shown when he copied Shoto's "Phosphor" move after seeing it once - a move it took Shoto months of training to come up with. This is not something Dabi has done at the present point in canon, but he is capable of doing so in the future.
